Living Complex SENAT consists of three sixstoreyed inter-joined houses with a through passage into each building. For sale are offered 44 apartments (including 2 penthouse), 44-95 м², at the price starting from 80 000 €. The ground floor presents 24 garage boxes of 18-28 м². The planning of apartments was executed with maximum reoard for orientation to the sea, so that pracitically every apartment gives the view of tremendous panoramic sight of the centre of the town and and the blue sea. The house is connected with an individual reservoir with the capacity of 50 tons. Not for from the house there is a natural rock spring of pure drinking water.
The contract with the attending company provides for a manager, guarding, erritory cleaning, tidying up rooms and the swimming pool, and also an electrician, a sanitary engeneer, a laundress, if necessary, two pediatrists and two practicions. Tenants will be diven a helping hand with extra decoration, furnishing and buying accessories. It will be possible to indulge yourself and order room service, so breakfast, lunch and dinner may be delivered right in your apartment.
Our living complex SENAT enjoys an evergreen setting and is protected against noise and bustle of the town. The house is located in the most tranguil and green,yet dominating part of Herceg Novi. The complex is not far from the central (historic) park of the town and within 10-15 ninutes walk from the best sun-splashed beach zone with blue adriatic waters. Herceg Novi embankment gives you a chance of unforgettabble promenades with spectacular view. A 7 km-long walking path crosses the town and connects Savina and Igalo districts. A lot of cosy restaurants, afes, boutiques will enhance your leisure-time. A picturesque view of the Igalo bay and a whole town opens up from the windows of the liwing complex. In 5 minutes walk there is supermarket ¨Voli¨, fitness club, medical clinic, school, kindergarden and other useful institutions.
Airports Tivat and Dubrovnik are situated in a 25 km distance. The frontier with Croatia is in 6 km, with Bosnia in 22 km.
